Jiangfu Park 101+ Exterior Renovation and Landscape Design

Guided by the core concept of integrating nature with space, the renovation aims to create a seamless and comfortable spatial experience. Through a minimal-intervention approach, the design optimizes the above-ground areas: shading elements, external corridors, and roof structures adopt a lightweight suspension system, which, combined with horizontal strip windows, enhances the building's visual horizontality and sense of elongation. Meanwhile, the basement exterior walls are opened to introduce a sunken green space, which not only connects the north and south zones but also naturally guides pedestrian flow to the underground commercial area. This design gives the building an overall impression of floating above the greenery. In harmony with its surroundings both functionally and visually, the project achieves a synthesis of modern form and natural essence.
